COST OF STARTING AND RUNNING AN ACO

 

According to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid the cost of starting an ACO is $600,000 and the cost of running it is $1.2 million per year. Survey results from National Association of ACOs show the average cost of operating an ACO is $1.6 million per year.

MSSP Application Fee: $25,000
