ACO Application & Maintenance

 MedLink Advantage will complete and submit an ACO application of your behalf.  We provide Provider Agreements, Provider database creation and maintenance, Profile documents and more.    We offer Beneficiary attribution maintenance, ACO Website maintenance, Marketing Material Submission and HPMS maintenance.  

ACO Training

 Medlink Advantage offers multiple trainings for providers, administrators and office.  Examples of some of our trainings are: ACO101, Office Staff training, Quality/Quality Measurers, Care Coordination, Risk adjustment and Compliance. 

ACO Committee Oversight, Data Analytics/Reporting

We assist with the creation and oversight of such committees as Finance & Reporting, Quality, Medical Management, Compliance & Security.  Medlink Advantage offers a wide variety of reporting that can assist in the success of the ACO

ACO Care Coordination & Quality services

MedLink Advantage's Medical Director and  Nurse Care coordinator managers provide robust care coordination education which also include,  monthly calls and onsite visits for patient centered care and practice transformation.    We provide quality oversight, help the ACO develop annual quality assurance and improvement initiatives and goals, promote evidence based medicine and patient  

ACO Compliance

  With the ever changing landscape of ACO rules and regulations it is important to have a qualified ACO Compliance officer.  MedLink Advantage offers a Certified Health Compliance Officer to assist the ACO with Compliance
